What Does This Warranty Cover?
​
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship of the product. This warranty covers signs that do not adhere to the surface on which it is applied. This warranty also covers any excessive fading of the product during the term of this warranty. Excessive fading is define as: this product should look like new for 2 years after being installed on the curb, with little fading due to UV exposure or environmental / weather exposure. It's that simple.

What Is Not Covered?
​
This warranty does not cover product(s) which has been damaged due to misuse, abuse, or accident such as:
​

Being struck or damaged by any object, including being driven over or struck by any vehicle, such as a car, bicycle, golf cart, skateboard, postal or delivery vehicle, etc.;

Being completely removed and re-applied either during installation or after curing; or
-
Experiencing fire, “Acts of God,” or other contingencies beyond the control of Address Visible LLC.

What Is the Period of Coverage?
​
This warranty covers product for two year from the time product is installed at your location.

What Will We Do to Correct Problems?
​
The steps of the resolution process is 1. Contact us ant ken@addressvisible.com. 2. Submit a photo of the sign with your complaint. 3. We will contact you via phone and email to discuss the next steps within 24 hours after receiving your request. 4. We will investigate your complaint and if it is determine that the sign has excessive wear or is not in a like new condition and none of the events listed above have occurred, we will replace the sign with a new one.

Note: We will not replace a sign that has obviously, in our sole discretion, been damaged due to misuse, abuse, or accident.
How Can You Get Service?

You will need to email us at ken@addressvisible.com and notify us of your problem. You will need to provide your name, telephone number, email address and a description of the problem and a two photos of the product. Also our corporate number is 469-476-5005 if you want to call and ask question or just talk before you submit a claim. We are real people and want to make things right.
What State Law Governs This Warranty?

This warranty is governed by the state laws of Texas.
